The aim of this study was to provide an overview of the effects of the medication rosuvastatin (Crestor) on the blood and urine levels of diabetic patients in the diabetic medicine room. Blood levels were determined during exercise, and urine samples were obtained from patients before and after a 12-h period of exercise. Blood levels of insulin and creatinine were determined at the end of the 12-h period following exercise. Urine levels of the diabetic patients before and after exercise were also measured. The levels of insulin and creatinine were significantly lower in patients than in healthy controls and during exercise (P<0.05). However, there was a decrease in the levels of insulin and creatinine in the urine samples of patients after exercise (P<0.05). The levels of insulin and creatinine were significantly higher in patients than in healthy controls (P<0.05). The urine levels of the diabetic patients before and after exercise were significantly lower than the baseline levels of the control group. In the urine samples of diabetic patients after exercise, the levels of insulin and creatinine were significantly lower in the diabetic group than in the control group (P<0.05). However, there was a decrease in the levels of insulin and creatinine in the urine samples of diabetic patients (P<0.05). The levels of insulin and creatinine were significantly higher in diabetic patients after exercise (P<0.05). The levels of creatinine were significantly higher in diabetic patients after exercise (P<0.05).
